Driveway Refresh for Duplex Rental Property
Location: Fayetteville, Brown County, Ohio
Property Type: Duplex rental home
Driveway Size: 40 feet wide × 60 feet long
Scope of Work: Driveway refresh, grading, vegetation removal, fresh limestone top coat
This duplex property in Fayetteville had a driveway that was showing its age. Grass and weeds were growing through the stone, the surface had become uneven, and the rental tenants were dealing with a worn‑down entry area. The owner wanted the duplex driveway refreshed to improve appearance, durability, and tenant access.
Using the John Deere 323E, the entire driveway surface was graded out, removing grass and vegetation that had grown through the old stone. The base was reshaped to restore proper contour and smoothness across the full 40' × 60' area.
Once the surface was prepared, 9 tons of #57 limestone were applied as a fresh top coat, giving the driveway a clean, bright, and durable finish. The new stone provides improved drainage, better traction, and a refreshed look that fits the property well.
